The eleven handmade "photogravure" prints on display are her photographic interpretations of the space and architecture of the iconic MIA building.

The images displayed are an insightful photographic meditation on light and space. Using an antique photo-making process, the artist creates a new and contemporary visual experience of atmosphere, light, and shadow. The result is a fresh look at the museum's physical space, revealing another interpretation of the design by the master of modern architecture, I. M. Pei.

This unique combination of contemporary artistic sensibilities, deeply informed by historical processes, finds a natural home in MIA -the space and collection the photogravures celebrate and the institution that sheds light on the many links between the present and the past.
